Thanks to their flexibility and comfortable with accommodating customers’ request, I was able to try more varieties and flavors of the frozen yogurt. The taste was great. They are always happy to listen and adjust to my preferences, and always come with high quality.
I ordered a chicken shawarma pita. It was so good, I think one of the best I ate so far…Manprit was so easy to talk with and gave me good suggestions. I also ordered a mocha frappe from second cup. I didnt knew which to order, I just said chocolate and cold and I got a great recommendation from Krizel and it was so good…They are professionals and I really like it
Excellent customer service, good coffee exactly as you ordered it. We came in on a slightly cold day, -5C. We got a couple of donuts, a chocolate chip cookie, and a couple of coffees. One hot black coffee, and one Belgian chocolate coffee ordered at room temperature and it came at exactly that. The chairs are comfortable, the atmosphere is quiet and nice. The location is also close by union Station. Hot chocolate is also good. Not too sweet.
THE GENTLEMAN NAMED MANI IS A HUGE ASSET TO THE STORE he greeted as with warm greetings and got our order quick and efficient was nice to talk to and got as a discount since we ordered coffee and also ate at the pita side of the store he deserve a raise !!
Pretty average food and drink. Probably microwaved. BUT… the staff were all so lovely! It’s my birthday and I stopped in for a quick bite, as there aren’t many options around there. All three of the staff were really friendly and smiley. I didn’t tell them it was my birthday, but they were just so warm and welcoming and I really appreciated that a lot. It’s so easy to be kind to people and they all did that. Thank you! Keep it up! :)
Outstanding Pita and Shawerma in Downtown Toronto . Shawerma is Halal. Veggies are fresh and Chicken is very tasty. Great service by Aman, Kritika and Maini. Highly recommended!
Great vibes to work and chill, good seating and amazing atmosphere. Grab coffee, pastries or delicious food from pita pit. I enjoyed the Falafel Pita! I asked for another plain pita because I broke mine and they gave it to me for free! Excellent customer service and they are always smiling staff Don’t miss out! Pita Pit is too good !
In today’s age, pita restaurants in the downtown core have reduced significantly, much to my disappointment. Thankfully, Pita Pit is still here and serving amazing healthy options! They are great with special requests and for the calorie amounts this place cannot be beat! Thank you :)
